Heleph produces and exports top quality Arabica Grade 1 & 2 specialty coffees from Bona Zuria in Sidama Region. Cherries grow at 2180 meters of altitude above sea level, and are carefully handpicked. Bona Zuria coffees relate to well known Sidama Coffees characteristics with potent florals balanced with delicate sweet tea notes, which make it a favorite amongst roasters and cuppers. Sidama region produces excepcional washed and natural coffee, with medium-pointed to pointed-firm acidity, medium to full tactile sensation, and its own distinct flavor notes of spice and citrus. The bean is small to medium-sized and green-gray to blue in color. Both washed and sun-dried (natural) processed.
