Within the framework of sustainability, we separate wastewater from pulp, we compost the pulp with lime and titonia, after 2 months in the composting plant, the pulp is used as organic fertilizer for the members. In management: the cooperative has a transparent management policy at all levels of the organization, the information is accessible to all members at all times. The cooperative has a team of agronomists who supervise the coffee farmers on good agricultural practices of the coffee tree and provide advice for a better production. In marketing: we send samples to different buyers to see if they will be interested in the coffee we produce. The cooperative has a person in charge of certification and a chartered accountant to facilitate financial transparency. In addition to the above, the cooperative supervises ex-combatants, children from armed groups, as well as women who have been raped and orphans.
