Kata Muduga Multipurpose Cooperative Union

Kata Muduga Union was established on August 2016, by 20 primary cooperatives under the umbrella of Kata Muduga Union and members male 17,031 and female 2,015 total 19,046 small scale coffee farmers which include 450,485 famillies by those members 61,272 hectare of land covered by coffee. Nowadays 30 cooperatives and more than 30,000 small scale coffee farmers are working with us. Working Area: the geographical area embodied in this union are 5 rural districts in Jimma zone (Goma,Gera, Gumai, Setema and Sigimo). The primary cooperatives under this union are a well- known very high specialty coffee producers for thworld markets. Some of these are: Duromina, BiftuGudina, Nano Challa, Yukro, Hundaoli, Kolla Bulcand other Agaro area cooperatives.
