Almacena Trusted Producer

Odaa Forest Organic Coffee Plantation PLC

Odaa forest plantation from Sewana provides grade 1 Guji Specialty Coffee from Ethiopia. Sewana farm covers 150 ha of land and is owned and operated by Mr. Husen Adem and his family since 2010. Average cup score of 86.5 with honey, ripe mango and creamy notes, fit for grade 1. On our farm, we practice strict environmental standards and other good practices . Our coffee production is organic, sustainable, and environmentally friendly. We actively plant indigenous trees to give shade to our coffee cherries which helps them excel in their flowering. The coffee cherries are handpicked and separated into groups of sun-dried processed coffee and washed coffee. Sun-dried coffee is laid to rest on raised beds, while the washed coffee is processed separately. Odaa forest owns both drying and washing stations which is a practice to maintain traceable coffee.
